In 1966, two brothers moved to California to start their own sneaker company. As avid skiers, the brothers took inspiration from ski boots, designed to support the aggressive side to side movement, and applied those features to create the ultimate tennis shoe, K-Swiss Classic sneakers.

The K-Swiss Classic was the first all-leather tennis shoe, and with over 50 years of authentic history, remains one of the most iconic sports sneakers of all time. The signature three-piece toe, a distinctive and unique design feature, along with metal D-rings and the five stripe branding, are recognized around the World. These are the marks of a true classic.

K-Swiss has called California home since 1966, centered around the city of Los Angeles. Having started in Van Nuys, moving to Westlake Village, the brand now resides in Downtown Los Angeles, in the heart of the ‘City of Angels’.
